Nutritional therapy isn’t a quick fix, it’s a meaningful, holistic and sustainable journey that can have really positive impacts on health and wellbeing. Some of my clients feel improvements within a month, but it can take longer. Using food to support health can take a little time and patience. I see the best results when a client works with me for a minimum of 2 months (often longer for clients with more complex health concerns), this is why I usually recommend one initial 75 minute consultation and two follow-up consultations as a minimum (the 3 month package below).

But I know how hard it is out there, believe me, I feel it too. So I’m offering a quicker, 1 hour session with me where we can focus on one specific health concern and I can review your diet and lifestyle and the supplements you take/are considering, this option doesn’t include the ongoing, regular support of a nutritional therapist and is aimed at clients who are already on a path to healthier eating and are maybe trying a self-designed protocol but would like to check in with a professional.

1 hour review session

Includes:

Pre-consultation questionnaire
3-day diet diary review
A one-off 60 minute session focusing on a specific health or wellbeing concern
Diet, lifestyle and supplement review – with recommendations

2 month package

Includes:

Detailed pre-consultation questionnaire – reviewed by me prior to an initial consultation
Review of any GP or functional tests you have results for and any supplements you are currently using
Comprehensive review of your current diet and eating habits
A 75-minute naturopathic nutritional therapy initial consultation on a 1-2-1 basis (face to face or via Zoom – your preference)
Personalised dietary and lifestyle recommendations
Personalised supplement review and recommendations (if required)
Functional testing recommendations (if required) and interpretation of results (cost of testing is not included in this package)
Shopping list suggestions tailored to your likes and shopping habits
Tailored recipes
A 20 minute run-through of your protocol and an opportunity to ask questions/check understanding (Zoom-only)
One 45-minute follow-up consultation
Secure access to your personal client portal online
